I just finished this book. I’d write something about it, but I did a search and found this review by John Lennon from a couple of years ago. I have nothing to add.

I was hoping that John Lennon was still writing; it gave me hope that PG Wodehouse has another couple of books forthcoming.

Jonathan:

I assume that Lennon’s still writing. But I can’t be sure. That review was from 2017.

J. Robert Lennon != John Lennon. (Though of course his first name is John.) Just sayin’.

I don’t get whats the relation to the topic “statistical modeling anc causal inference” – its just another my personal taste blog

Anon:

You didn’t miss anything; there’s indeed no connection here! Sometimes these Literature posts do have connections to statistical modeling, causal inference, and social science—see here, for example—but every once in awhile, there’s no statistical or social science content at all.

it’d be polite to offer Anonymous a refund…
